Nutrition and Fitness coaching take a holistic approach to your health goals, addressing both the fitness and nutrition components, as we cannot have one without the other. The program will begin with an initial discussion about your goals and commitments. The you will receive your fitness program, and book in for an initial dietetic consultation. Following this there will be regular reviews, and weekly check ins to support queries along the way..

This service is suited only to those who are ready and committed to achieve their goals, especially for people who want to address their health holistically or for those looking to enter an event.

How the coaching works:

The coaching will begin with a discussion about your goals and get to know each other. The you will have your initial dietetic consult and be sent your fitness plan. Following this appointment I will be in regular contact with you, and you will be able to contact me at anytime to navigate any concerns and to keep you accountable.

1. initial appointment

Begin by booking an initial appointment. Appointments will be 45-60 minutes, either in person (in Adelaide) or via telehealth. Receive personalised nutrition plans that are tailored to your specific dietary needs and goals.

2. pre questionnaire + food diary

Before your intial appointment, you will be sent a short pre-consult questionnaire and 3 day food diary. It will give a snapshot of your current nutrition, lifestyle, challenges, and medical background, so I can tailor our chat and create a plan that works for you.

3. Regular contact

Changing habits isn’t easy, so to keep you on track with your goals and the strategies we set in our first session, I’ll check in with you weekly. If any issues come up, you can reach out to me anytime for support and guidance.

Telehealth or in-person

You will have the choice of a face to face (if Adelaide based) or telehealth session for your inital appointment. Following this, you will have regular contact with me via message to ensure you are on track with your plan and goals
