I’m an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, sports dietitian, and Personal Trainer based in Adelaide, working with busy professional women who want to improve their health in a realistic, sustainable way.
I help women who feel overwhelmed by nutrition advice, tired of guessing what to eat, and ready for clear, professional support that fits around work, family, and life.

Health shouldn’t feel confusing or all-consuming.
With over four years’ experience supporting women through nutrition and movement, my approach is practical, evidence-based, and deeply individual. I don’t believe in extremes, rigid rules, or quick fixes.
Instead, I work with you to build habits that support energy, confidence, strength, and long-term health — without overhauling your entire lifestyle.

Why I Do This Work

I became a dietitian because nutrition is one of the most powerful tools we have to improve quality of life, prevent chronic disease, and feel better day to day.
