Why I Do This Work
I became a dietitian because nutrition is one of the most powerful tools we have to improve quality of life, prevent chronic disease, and feel better day to day.
I’m particularly passionate about supporting women through changing health needs, busy careers, and life transitions, helping you feel informed, supported, and confident in the choices you’re making for your health.
