Fitness Coaching

About:

Fitness coaching involves an initial discussion about your goals, current fitness level, available facilities, as well as other life commitments. It will include weekly check ins to support progress towards your goals and you will be able to contact me with any questions or concerns to help navigate the process.

This service is suited only to those who are ready and committed to achieve their fitness goals, especially for people looking to enter hybrid events such as Hyrox or True Grit, or those who just want to improve general strength and fitness.

How the coaching works:

The coaching will begin with an initial discussion to clarify your goals. Following this appointment I will be in regular contact with you, and you will be able to contact me at anytime to navigate any concerns and to keep you accountable. Shortly after you will receive your program and it will be updated with the next progressions weekly. This will be an online service, however for those Adelaide based, there will be the option for 1:1 or group sessions.

1. initial Discussion

Begin by booking an initial appointment. Appointments will be 45-60 minutes, either in person (in Adelaide) or via telehealth. Receive personalised nutrition plans that are tailored to your specific dietary needs and goals.

  • Receive evidence based information and personal guidance to create a tailored plan that works for you and your lifestyle.
2. pre questionnaire

Before your initial appointment, you will be sent a short pre-consult questionnaire so I can understand your goals, lifestyle, and challenges, so I can tailor our chat and create a plan that works for you.

3. Regular contact

Changing habits isn’t easy, so to keep you on track with your goals and the strategies we set in our first session, I’ll check in with you weekly. If any issues come up, you can reach out to me anytime for support and guidance.

4. Weekly program updates

To improve, we need to apply progressive overload and continue to challenge the body, so each week your program will be updated with progressions as well as factoring in for recovery periods and tapers in the lead up to your event.

Telehealth or in-person

This service will be predominantly online, however, for those Adelaide based will have 1:1 and group options.
