What to Expect?
Your appointment begins with a comprehensive assessment of your health, lifestyle, eating habits, and goals so I can gain a clear understanding of your individual needs. Together, we’ll identify realistic, achievable goals and discuss the factors that may be influencing your nutrition and overall health. Based on this, you’ll receive personalised, evidence-based nutrition advice with practical strategies and resources to help you put your plan into action. If appropriate, we’ll also discuss follow-up appointments to review your progress, refine your plan, and provide ongoing support.

How to Prepare for Your Appointment?
It is not essential, but it will help if you could:
- Bring a 2–3 day food diary (an accurate record of all food and drinks taken on MyFitnessPal, notes app, or a food photo diary)
- Complete the pre-appointment questionnaire (sent 2 days prior) so I can better understand your goals
- Have any recent blood tests, medications, or supplements listed
- Think about the goals or challenges you’d like support with
Where am I Located?
You can choose between in-person or online appointments.
For in-person appointments, I am located in the EFM offices, 39 Oxford Terrace, Unley SA 5061
How Much?
Initial consultations are 45-60 minutes long and $150.
Review appointments are 30 minutes long and $75.
If your private health insurance covers dietetic consultations, you may be eligible for a rebate, which can be claimed online with your provider after your appointment.
What Happens After?
