how it works


All packages start with an initial dietetic consultation. From there, you can confirm the level of ongoing support that suits you. Options are:

• Review consultations as you go (no check-ins between appointments)

• Fortnightly check-ins + monthly review

• Weekly check-ins + fortnighly review

What to expect?

Comprehensive Assessment: We’ll start by discussing your health history, current medications or supplements, and the goals you’d like support with.
Understanding Your Eating Patterns: We’ll explore your typical eating habits, food preferences, lifestyle routine, and any intolerances or challenges you may experience with food.
Lifestyle Review: Your activity levels, sleep patterns, stress, and daily schedule can all influence your nutrition and health, so we’ll consider these factors as part of the bigger picture.
Personalised Goal Setting: Together we’ll identify realistic, achievable goals that fit your lifestyle and priorities.
Tailored Advice & Practical Strategies: You’ll receive personalised, evidence-based nutrition advice, along with practical strategies, resources, or meal ideas to help you put it into action.
Plan for Ongoing Support: If appropriate, we’ll discuss follow-up appointments to help track progress, refine your plan, and provide continued guidance. If you would like support between appointments, please explore The Nourish Method.

You’re welcome to share as much or as little about your health as you feel comfortable with. Everything discussed is confidential, and understanding your health background helps me provide the most appropriate and personalised nutrition advice for you.

How to Prepare for Your Appointment?

It’s not essential, but it can help the flow of your appointment if you:

  • Bring a 2–3 day food diary (if possible)
  • Complete the pre-appointment questionnaire (sent 2 days prior) so I can better understand your goals
  • Have any recent blood tests, medications, or supplements listed
  • Think about the goals or challenges you’d like support with

how much?

Initial consultations are 45-60 minutes long and $150. Review appointments are 30 minutes long and $75.

If your private health insurance covers dietetic consultations, you may be eligible for a rebate, which can be claimed online with your provider after your appointment.
